It is cheaper to paint a room as wallpapering takes longer a decorator will charge more to paper than paint you are paying for a higher skill
best paint to use in bathroom?
In areas of steam or condensation best to use silk, eggshell or recommended bathroom and kitchen paint this can be found in any diy store
