Never contacted me to say he couldn't make and has not contacted me since to apologise or rearrange. Nor did he reply to phone calls, emails, or texts on the day he didn't show.

Ben has done a fantastic job for us, he works extremely hard and there was no nasty surprise add ons at the end of the job. In fact, Ben went the extra mile and did the little extras at no extra cost and he was unbelievably tollerent with all my changes.
