I started my apprenticeship working in a joiner shop making windows, doors & staircases. From then on I did site work new build and renovation work. I moved on to different firms to learn new skills this has made me more experienced not only in my trade but other trades.
Experience earned with time. I always work with the clients to achieve a good job. I take pride in whatever i do even the smallest jobs,it make no difference to me. I would like to think that my workmanship is a high standard.
I want clients to say only positive things about S G Property Services. We are not v.a.t registered so no v.a.t on labour saving you the client 20%.

Me personally i would always charge same be it large or small tiles.
working on per sq meter yours is around 4 sqm
also depending on price is any preparation work needed prior to tiling.
When i worked for many insurance companies in the 80s and 90s they paid me 100 pounds per call out this included 1st hour labour.
so i assume i would charge around 150 pounds now for 2019 this is of course after hours charges and 1st hours labour.
Depending on many factors to time scale.
skylight dormers with staircase and bedroom normally take 15 to 20 days.
full dormer could take 6 to 8 weeks depending on internal finish wanted.
it could be one side of gable wall may need extending at the apex.
Just a straight swap like for like without tiling 1.5 to 2 days.
for a full refurbishment 7 to 10 days depending on layout.
