Depends on a number of factors, distanace, can problem be dealt with on this visit or is it a temporary fix and needs further work.
A price of £40-80 would be fair depending on work done
£80 - £100 is an acceptable fee to pay for the call out and then you need to add materials used and time spent on site.
hope this helps.
Any price for plumbers, they get what they can.... we don't we are fair and honest. Expect to pay a premium at this time, you have the choice to accept or reject his/her price when they tell you and this should all be done before they arrive. As you said it is an EMERGENCY and it has to be done.
£85 at that time on a Saturday.
£75 for during the week.
barnet being london, that would be expensive .
It all depends which area of the u.k you live.
for me the midlands being our local area, call out within 25 mile radius
would be ?25 but this would be deducted from the cost of the works if we were to carry out the repair.
any other area is increased by ?1 per mile .
this is purely to cover fuel costs.
Depends on time of call.Distance to travel and nature of problem.
For a local visit and about two hours work £75 plus parts
I would say a reasonable call out charge is £20-30 depending on time and distance. Craig CLW Plumbing. Pontefract
How much would you charge if someone call you at 9 pm on Saturday to fix his/her leaking sink?
I don't charge a call out fee
we charge £40 but if you have the work done by us we take £20 off call out depends how far we have to travel but no more than £50
An plumbing emergency call-out charge would be around £20.00 an hour plus parts
A resonable call out charge to stop a water leak which usually can be carried out within 30mins to a hour..... rate per hour;£95
£70 call out after working hours and £37p/h for any repair work
90 to 180 pounds depends on situation
When I worked for many insurance companies in the 80s and 90s they paid me 100 pounds per call out this included 1st hour labour.
So I assume I would charge around 150 pounds now for 2019 this is of course after hours charges and 1st hours labour.
Price is different for different area and depend of plumber.
Usually around £50 but our company doesn't charge for call out fees
For anything upto 20 mile radius 40 pound is reasonable.
