1) I need some plastering of a section of wall water damaged near to a bay window (windows now replaced) + filling in and re-plastering hole left by gas fire + other various minor re-plastering elsewhere 2) I also have an area of flooring where the tiling is cracked as the sub floor underneath has sunk slightly so needs repairing and a few tiles replacing (I have spare tiles)
