Roughly 2m x 1.8m bathroom (no windows). Phase 1. Removal of existing toilet / sink / bath / tiles (floor and half the walls). Currently no electrics in the room except extractor fan and ceiling light. The only thing we would keep is the bath taps (thermostatic mixer with shower attachment) as it works well. Phase 2. May need re-plastering (will take your advice) and would like to upgrade extractor fan. We would like to flip the bath 180 degrees so small pipe extension to the bath taps. Replace existing radiator with a towel rail. Phase 3. Re-tiling of floor and half walls. Re paint of half walls. Installation of bath, shower screen, bath taps and shower head holder. Installation of w.c and sink; both with vanity units. I think that about covers it:)
