After I contacted him he came the following day, gave me an all in price (which was very reasonable) and arranged to do the repair the following day which I was surprised as it was a Saturday. He respected my carpets and decor by using overshoes and cleaning up after himself. A true gentleman.

This tradesman contacted me very soon after I raised the job, on Sunday. He was one of three traders who contacted me.As well as being the most local, his quote was also by far the most reasonable. We arranged an appointment and he was very punctual on arrival. He was polite and explained what he would be doing very clearly. After completing the job in the attic , he took photos to show me what he had done. He gave some advice about other plumbing matters. I would use again and recommend him.

The plastic shower base has cracked and needs replacement. I would prefer porcelain this time. Also a new cubicle folding door and shower unit. Floor underneath is damp at present. Job to be completed by March 10th 2018 ready for new season. Possible new caravan boiler required also. I am a private owner on Kiln Cliffs CP Mundesley, but live in Leicester, so access to view limited but can be arranged.
