Replace old style roof lights with new style lights and replace wall sockets. Kitchen: The flat has a small kitchen; dismount the old units and replace with new kitchen units, put new tiles on part of the wall and floor, paint the walls and ceiling, paint the door and install kitchen appliances. Bathroom: Flat has a small bathroom; dismount the old units and replace new sink, toilet and bath. Install the new shower, new tiles on the wall and floor, paint the sealing and door. 2 rooms: plaster the walls.fix the crowding and door. Paint the walls and sealing. Install new laminate floor. Hall way: take the wooden wall down, plaster and paint the remaining walls and replace the door. Install new laminate floor. Garden: take the old small shed down, remove the concrete and any rubbish in garden, cut the Lawn, paint the remaining small shed and do a bit of the concrete in front. Front of Flat: Remove all the cracks on window seal, repair and paint the seal.

I am the Home owner. Students leave for summer ion the 4th July and we have 2 months to complete this project over summer before they return. I require individual quote for the following: 1. Remove existing bathroom suite and existing stud wall to a reduced the size of bathroom to create a shower room with toilet, sink and corner shower. (Bathroom units, shower unit and tiles will be provided. 2. Repaint white paint all rooms, gloss doors/door frames and ceiling (2 living rooms, kitchen, downstairs, hall way, stairwell, upstairs passage way, 2 double rooms, 1 single room) 3. Remove 5 chimney breasts and add appropriate steel supports, plaster over and paint white. 4. Architectural/structural calculation for chimney breast reveal and planning permission submission. 5. Replaster walls only for all rooms/areas mentioned in point 2. 7. Replace all doors and door frames. Kitchen door to be fire saftey, the rest of the doors upgraded to new style with locks on bedroom doors. 8. Rip out all old electrics and install new wiring within the wall and making good with plaster and paint. Each bedroom plus lounge to have 6 downlights and 8 downlights to the kitchen. Four double sockets in everyroom plus extra power outlets in the kitchen for appliances. Smoke detectors in every bedroom and hallways plus a heat detector in the kitchen. 9. Supply and lay artificial grass in rear garden.

The tradesman was a lovely guy and worked hard uplifting old tiles and laying laminate,however I was getting the hall ,livingroom and stairs done .The paintwork is atrocious, I spent 5 hours trying to remove paint from the new flooring .I also got a new bannister and handrail , neither were sanded before painting and basically I need the whole thing ripped out and redone. The finish of the flooring is terrible and there are quite a lot of scratches and rivets in it . 2 new doors damaged too !
