The mortar to the top row of bricks just under the main roof to the rear elevation has deteriorated and is letting rainwater in. It is an old house and there may be other areas of brickwork that need repointing and would appreciate this being checked also.

Tile caps were installed. after 6 weeks they have begun to come away and fall off , despite many many calls Jason refuses to speak to me or come and rectify this matter.
