The land adjoining belongs to a school, allowing easy access, but only during the school holidays.

This firm came and waterproofed an outside wall to stop damp coming in on 28 April 2023. Completed the job ok and promised to send a 10 year guarantee (for which I have written proof). After 6 months and several emails and excuses later I have still not received this and he is no longer replying to them. Be very wary if you employ this person
