We have removed the fireplace but handyman hasnt cut off the ceiling part probably so water may be dripping from chimney extract into the roof. One of our bedroom has a small bump starting to develop and thats exactly the same part which leading to fire place. Apparently no tile crack but no to complete block off chimney part of the roof.

Single car garage in a row of five with adjoining garages on both sides. Built in mid 1970’s out of brick. Corrugated roof and supporting cross beams needs replacement. Back outside wall has considerable damage due to water flowing from faulty drainage. Needs rebricked or rendered (have photographs if requested) Guttering needs repaired/replaced. Garage door is ok but surrounding pvc borders needs replacing.

I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
