ask for money each day £160 on day one £40 on day two and £40 on day 3 and will only take cash. he had a fit on day 3 when i said i would have to give him a cheque tileing job is crap i said to him it needed more grout and he said that he had run out of it. today i have been and got more grout and adhesive and tiles and relayed some tiles and re grouted the lot, and i must say i have done a better job than he did.

Karl is a friendly chap and very obliging. He does a great plastering job but unfortunatly I could not recommend him to do any tiling. The grout has badly cracked on both floors he has done and the walls are not tiled from the centre working outwards i.e. don't give a symmetrical finish. However he is handy at doing other jobs e.g. plumbing washing machine.

Absolute disgrace from start to finish . Avoid this cowboy . Asked for money every day he was around doing the job . Only stayed for a maximum of 3hrs per day and some days did not even show up . Also turned up at 8pm at night and bank holiday unannounced demanding money for materials which were never purchased . Left the job half done and did a poor job at that , no explantation and no phone calls nor apology . Will never use again

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I hired Adam after reading the reviews on my workman site. Quality tiler and extremely hard worker. Tiled a 3 metre by 2 metre bathroom floor to ceiling in 2 days.Worked so hard 1st day he had a massive blister on his hand!. Very straight, honest and trustworthy, I doubt that you will a better a more competitive quote out there, so give Adam your business. Received a lot of silly, inflated quotes because of the size of the house. Adam has my home phone number to recommend.
