He got his team involved to perform this task in his absence but when I mentioned that the work wasn't done satisfactorily, Thomas ensured that he personally attended to it and completed the job to a good standard. A nice chap and easy to work with, so asked him to perform a few other tasks for me. Overall happy with his job, I will use him again and recommend it. Fairly priced too.

Very Courteous, the job was a bigger job than anticipated and Ivan was unable to take all of the wood away in one go. He explained that he maybe able to remove wood inbetween jobs, but if not be would be back in a week's time for sure.
