Install washing machine and dishwasher

We currently have a washing machine in the kitchen. We would like to move this in to the bathroom. There is no piping for this currently so this would need to be added to connect the washing machine to the waste pipe etc.
In the washing machine's old position, we would then like a new dishwasher installed. The piping there should be ok as the washing machine is installed there already.
