Replace cloakroom toilet and basin

Visit 1. Remove small corner basin and waste pipe and close coupled toilet. Replace with concealed cistern (customer supplied). Customer to then box in cistern/plaster walls.
Visit 2. Install toilet and small basin (new toilet, basin and waste pipes (inc. trap and corners) all customer supplied).
