Bath is leaking to downstairs, destroying downstairs ceiling

Something in the bath plumbing is wrong as when the bath is emptied the ceiling in the downstairs kitchen starts to leak and a puddle with form on the floor. Only leaks when bath is emptied quickly. Would like this sorted as soon as possible.
