Adjust dual flush system and replace a tap washer

I need two things. First, the dual flush system on my toilet does not work properly. Second, a tap washer needs replacing on my bathroom basin.

I was very impressed with Jason. Not only is his work first class, he is also punctual, friendly and he likes my tea!
