Two bed bungalow wire channeling

I have just moved into a two bed bungalow that was fully rewired in the last 3 years but it was all done with trunking on the wall surface. I would like the trunking gone so I need an electrician to put those wires that are currently inside trunking inside the walls for me.
I would like two quotes for this type of job please:
Quote 1) electrician would need to create the channels in the walls
Quote 2) channels already been done/in place before the electrician comes to do the job
Rooms in property: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall.
Currently trunking is running down on the surface of walls for: one light switch in each room and 2-3 double sockets in each room (minus the bathroom).
Walls are solid walls.
