From garden gravel and wall

Front garden (6.4m x 4.4m) - we do not have a dropped kerb so this is not used as a driveway.
We require gravel laying (inc membrane fitting). Area is currently stoney and barren so may require a small level of clearing. We may also like a small wall/fence built at the front (less than a metre high) but are keen to do this cost effectively so suggestions are welcome!
