3 small jobs to do at same property,
1) cooker gas hob up to gas supply. Supply is roughly 40cm away( must be corgi registered)
2) connect up radiator, rad is already on wall and capped pipes nearby(system will be drained before you get here)
3) under sink connect up hot and cold taps
