A very reliable and punctual plumber who actually gives you courtesy calls and gives you updates, which is rare these days. He's very approachable and informative and gives advice without putting you under pressure. Also, after Currys failed to install a washing machine after a second time, we called APS over a weekend (more than likely busiest times for plumbers) and they actually offered to do the job before we go to work on Monday! This company's now on our contacts list as our local plumber.
