I have an electrical rewire job that i need doing on the first floor of my house (the ground floor will follow at a later date). All 4 main rooms are empty with easy access to floorboards.

The full specification of work is as follows:

Large Front Bedroom
? 4 double sockets
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Large Rear Bedroom
? 4 double sockets
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Small Front Bedroom
? 2 double sockets
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Extension Office
? 4 double sockets
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Upstairs anding
? 1 single socket
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Bathroom
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Toilet
? 1 ceiling light
? 1 switch

Cupboard
? New consumer unit

? All old wiring, sockets & waste to be removed
? All knockouts to be made good with filler

All work must comply with the current wiring regulations, and I will require a an Electrical Installation Certificate.
