Hello!
I am renovating a bathroom in Central Manchester), and would like ask you for a quote for the following (if it is within the scope of services that you provide).
I am wondering if you could give me a quote on a bathroom job that includes:
1. Wet room (shower pan) tiling
2. With the same tiling, laying radiant heat underneath
3. Wall tiles
4. Removal of tub, toilet, sink, and all tiles (floor and wall)
5. Installation of toilet, showerhead, and sink
The surfaces to be tiled are:
Floor: 4.5 sqm
Wall 1: 5.23 sqm (entire wall)
Wall 2: 3.6 sqm (entire wall)
Wall 3: 3.6 sqm (partial wall - only the first 1.2 meters from the floor)
Wall 4: 1.8 sqm (partial wall - only the first 1.2 meters from the floor)
We will be purchasing all the tiles from B&Q.

Issues with AttTrades / Building Creations: A 9-day job turned into 4 wks - and still unfinished. He convinced us to pay in advance, and took off. We also paid for a skip, but the rubbish (tub, toilet, etc.) was dumped in the basement of our building - we later found out from our building manager. Electrical code violations: he installed ceiling lights without capping the wires - nor grounding them, didn't connect the vents, and the wetroom leaked water out the door into the hallway.
