Bathroom renovation (Bathroom fitting)

“Issues with AttTrades / Building Creations: A 9-day job turned into 4 wks - and still unfinished. He convinced us to pay in advance, and took off. We also paid for a skip, but the rubbish (tub, toilet, etc.) was dumped in the basement of our building - we later found out from our building manager. Electrical code violations: he installed ceiling lights without capping the wires - nor grounding them, didn't connect the vents, and the wetroom leaked water out the door into the hallway. ”
temporary dividing wall in bedroom (Joinery & Carpentry)

“Mason did a wonderful job for us.He did a partition wall in our bedroom. He was punctual, friendly, approachable. He gave us a good price his work was excellent. So glad we chose Mason on this site,we picked the best.Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to you, you wouldnt be disappointed.Give him your job and you will be glad you did.”
En-suite and Bathroom refit (Bathroom fitting)

“I've used many traders before but I have to say that Mason has been the best ever. He sets himself a target for the day and completes it regardless of the time he finishes. His dedication and work ethic is outstanding. Both our ensuite & bathroom have been finished to an excellent standard and I wouldn't hesitate ever to recommend him. One piece of advice - let Mason buy your materials, he gets them at trade price and passes this onto you.He was a star, Don't hesitate - Use him Linda/Paul”
knock a wall out from kitchen to living room. (General building)

“Excellent, very happy with what Mason did for us. ”
Fit a Mirror to Living Room Wall (Handyman)

“Mason was extremely punctual and respectful of our home when carrying out the work. Which was done to a very high standard. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.”
Fit new bathroom and shower (Bathroom fitting)

“Mason refitted my bathroom. The price we agreed on was stuck to and as I needed to hand over my keys to someone, the trust I needed to place in a stranger was an issue. However you have now worries with Mason as he is very reliable and trustworthy and respectful of your home. I now have a fabulous new bathroom all fitted within a week. I would definitely recommend and use him again in the future.”

Hello there, i would advise getting a builder by your side from the beginning as the builder can advise on ideas and the stages needed. alternatively you go through the process yourself and employ a builder once permitted.
It all depends on what you are having done and the size of the job to be honest.
most straight forward loft conversions are about 4-5 weeks.
where as some that have large dormers and be spoke stair cases take 6-8 weeks.
Hello its mason here, it takes the average builder/bathroom fitter 5 days to remove and refit a new bathroom suite including all plumbing etc. thanks mason
Hi there, its mason here. the average bathroom price all depends on the quality of the suite and tiles as the prices vary massively. but a average quality suite and tiles etc is around £1200- £1500.
the labour is around the same.
thanks mason
Hi its mason here, skimming is plastering but it is when you put on average a 4mm layer of plaster
over the original plaster (before skimming) brush on a diluted layer of pva glue so the new plaster adheres to the old. thanks mason
