I would like to replace 2 radiators in 2 rooms

I would like to know whether I add another single radiator in the room which has a double radiator and increase the size of the radiator in another room or
I add an additional radiator to both rooms which already have existing radiators. I will supply the radiators. Please let me know the cost to this job.
