Cold tap in kitchen basin is not running

For the past week, the cold tap in my kitchen basin has stopped running. only trickles. also. the hot tap does work, but it initially comes out slowly and then splutters out suddenly. both need looking at.

Anthony was tasked with replacing the kitchen basin tap and he did a great job! Anthony was able to bring the replacement tap and was able to do the work at a convenient time for us! he was friendly, helpful and very courteous! Anthony takes great pride in his work!
