Cut off old pipe sticking out too far.

Hello, quick job for someone. We have an old pipe in the bathroom sticking out a couple of inches that's been capped off.
We are not sure what it was, either water or gas.
It needs cutting off flush at the wall so we can tile.

Anthony Rose was very polite on the phone. He turned up on time. He sorted the problem very quickly. Double checking the gas and water were safe. He even kindly gave us free advice for another job we were doing ourselves. I can't find any fault at all so am giving him an excellent rating. I am definitely going to use him for another job soon.
