External electrical point wanted. Current one was boxed over

Just moved into a property and the previous tenants boxed over the internal electrical socket that runs the pond. I want a quote to branch off the current conservatory electrics, fit a switch for the pond and to then connect that to the current cable that runs under the pond. Looks straightforward but I don't have the know how with electrics to do it.
