1. Cut with a jig saw across the top of the cup'd to remove a strip of wood about 1/4in deep so that the Boiler Engineer and can remove the front of the boiler housing.
2. Cut with a jig saw to remove a large portion of the bottom of the cup'd to expose the valves and allow the front of the boiler housing to be removed by the Boiler Engineer.
