Re-covering summer house roof

I have a small 8 sided Summer House & I want to replace the existing roof covering with Shingles to avoid the regular task of repainting. At present the bare Summer House roof would look like a garden shed type of roofing felt covering. On top of that is a slated wooden decorative wooden covering that requires constant painting. I am wanting to replace that wood work with a Shingle type roof covering.

Present internal size of the building is 6ft x 6ft.

26.9.18 My job was the re-covering of a small 8 sided summer house roof with Shingles type roofing materials. We discussed the work & materials originally & were given a written quote.
