Avoid him at all cost. This guy and his buddies left a right old mess in my back garden which I am still tidying up. In fact i shall be seeking some legal advise.
-The work they did was shoddy.
-He underestimated cost initially to get the job and then the bill rose 2 folds.
Invoices he passed on to me for materials purchased were fraudulent - and he left the site when this was questioned.
If you are going to try him regardless, do not part with money until work is done and insist on FIXED rt
