Turned up without the correct tools could not replace stopcock because of this just changed over the tops of the taps and charged said he would get the tools and come back to finish job.I paid him expecting him to come back. After chasing around after him he then left a text to say he had done the job and won't come back I now have to pay another plumber to finish the job .
