Leaking tap to be replaced, access via tiles, tiles replaced

Bath taps are leaking and making juddering noise. Need to replace taps, accessed via tiles at side of bath, then replace tiles after taps installed. We have the replacement tiles. Looking for a quote. I can share a video and pics of the issue. Thanks
