Ben arrived for the job within 15 minutes considering it was an emergency and unsociable hours.
Very polite and professional whilst at the property.
Ben had a look at the leak and started working on it without any further delay.
Once the leak was stopped and all work was completed Ben took the time to explain why I had a leak and how in future he has made the next plumbers job easier.
