We would highly recommend Jason. Clear communication from the outset, and he proactively adjusted his scheduled day/time by a few days based on the weather forecast to make sure it was OK for him to carry out the work.
Jason turned up on time, was very polite, efficient, and has done a brilliant job - even doing an additional small fix for us on the same day.
