Attach 5 wall stanchions to floor and ceiling, onto which drawer units ( already assembled) and rails are attached.

Asked to be reminded of appointment the day before which I did. Did not arrive at agreed time. Did not let me know. When I rang after waiting an hour he said he could not make it. Appalling.
