Contacted by Ross Leadbetter & agreed price 26/9/20 & told builder could start in 4 weeks & would require 60% of cost to buy materials. Tried to phone 26/10 & 28/10 to check start date status (also sent email 28/10), both calls to v/mail & no reply to date. V. Unprofessional service. Can't say poor workmanship, but definitely poor communication skills. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
