Replace garden shed roof and refurbish.

Felt-covered Shed roof has caved in parts, with significant leaks. Wooden walls seem sound, but roof - and probably floor - need replacing/refurbishing. Shed is 2m 10cm wide, 2m high, 3m 20cm long
