My stock cock turns but does not stop the water flowing. I guess it's stopped working. I would like to replace the old, or a new stop cock fitted close by. The location is under the kitchen sink. Access is good. The main water can be turned off from outside the flat via a stock cock long key (if you have one)
J did a great job of replacing the stock cock, even when the main water could be be turned off he managed it. Also replaced the bathroom taps. Will be using again.
