Hi. I need someone to create four apertures (300mm x 300mm square for legal purposes) to a boxed space covering/hiding a boiler flue run of 11.5ft (3.5m) and then cover them with vents which can be removed/opened on a hinge when necessary.
This is to ensure visual Gas Safety inspections can be carried out annually.
Please note the height of the boxed plasterboard area is approx 12.5ft high so a ladder will be required. This has grey ventilation tubing attached to it (for the apartment's lack of windows in the bathroom and bedroom).
Did a great job. Methodical and keen to do the work properly. Took his time so you didn't feel he was in a rush to wrap up and move on to the next job. Recommended.
