Leaking shed roof to be repaired/replaced and shed fixed

The shed is leaking in various places in addition to some rot as well. The roof needs replacing and needs multiple layers of felt. The floor also needs to be looked at.
Overall the shed needs to be made safe for general usage and storage.

Work was for a rental property shed repair and Russell gave an excellent quote - better than any other I got. Work was done to the specified time. I wanted to make some changes to scope which he was happy to do while telling me the pros and cons. Tenant was satisfied so I would definitely use CPS again!
