I organised Jack to visit my mum and fit an outside tap and tighten another fixing. He also fixed a loose waste pipe that he spotted whilst doing the tap. The new tap is great and the extra work he did very appreciated. The job was a reasonable quote and there were no extra charges. Thanks Jack. I would definitely recommend
