Martin was first class from start-to finish. He gave me a quotation, called me on the day before to agree a time, turned up on time, and carried out the work as required. Mid-way through he explained (and showed me) that some rotten wood needed replacing. He stayed an extra 3 hours and charged me a minimal amount to carry out the extra work. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to anyone.
