Fix leak from behind toilet

Water is coming from behind toilet, tenant is not sure of the cause, but he says it’s getting worse

What a star, Tom turned up 90 minutes early, sussed the problem, (toilet cracked in base) went out and obtained a new back to the wall pan, fitted it, sent me a photo and a video, and left, all in just three hours. My tenant said he was a really nice bloke, and he left the bathroom spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thanks Tom….
