Booked this tradesman on the 10th February 2022 to carry our repair to shed roof on the 17th February. Failed to turn up 4 time to measure up and failed to turn up on the day job booked. Failed to answer calls or respond to messages in a timely manner. Seems to think its okay not to show and not inform the customer. Or change dates without consulting customer. As of yet still refused to refund my deposit even though he never turned up on day agreed. He changed dates with no consultation.
