Harry was fast to arrange to assess the jobs, promptly arriving at the arranged time and provided a detailed list of work, costs and range of products needed. Harry then also followed up with an appointment to undertake the work. Unfortunately, Mum was taken in to hospital A&E the day prior to the work and never returned, thus the work was not required. Harry was very professional and very supportive throughout. Mum and I appreciated Harry.
