We worked with Mr. Dan- Alexandru Popa on two different occasions. In 2014, when he completely retiled our roof, made some structural changes, and isolated it with state-of-the-art materials. His work was impeccable. It was done in perfect timing, faster than we expected. He talked us through the plan from the very beginning, everything went just as planned and since then we have had a new, superb roof with extremely good insulation. The room is warm in the winter so we hardly need to put the heating on.
In 2022, we added a bathroom to the loft. Alex planned the new work in such a way that we remained with a big and bright room even though we put a shower and toilet in it. All his team was super reliable.
Alex answered all our questions all along the way, suggested the right materials and appliances for us, and he managed the project entirely from scratch until the end. We are more than pleased with the result. Our loft bathroom looks beautiful. Therefore, I can not recommend him highly enough.
We will be hiring him for the downstairs major works.
