Filler to picture holes, etc. Replacement of lavatory, bath and basin taps in bathroom. Sealant replacement. Boxing in of exposed piped around lavatory and sink unit. Replacement of electrical socks - like for like. Replacement of ceiling light fixtures. Carpet removal and replacement laminate flooring. Complete redecoration throughout, except kitchen. Now there are gaps in the floor that need filling with self-levelling compound before I can put the carpet in. Also there is a hole in one of the walls that also needs filling.

My only cons: - I had to be quite involved in the process and had to source various materials myself - At times there was miscommunication between the different workers on who was responsible for what - Initial consultation was not very thorough and surprises came up, though they were resolved Overall and I am pleased with the results.
