Replace Ceiling fixings . Replace bathroom light cord, seal shower cubicle,
maintenance to door latches so they close properly, put up shelves, strengthen existing wardrobes and chests of drawers, attach gas oven to wall in accordance with gas safety standards. Lots of small jobs . No more than a day's work
