Neil is a competent builder who installed a large window ad skylight in our dining room, he gave me a price for the work which I thought was fair and even though the work took longer than estimated he stuck to his price. He also promised to return and fix any problems that we found. Unfortunately the window has some deep scratches which are very prominent when the sun shines on the window. We have asked repeatedly for him to return and look at the problem to no avail, he no longer answers his phone to us. Also we asked for a detailed invoice for the work and we are still waiting. In all we are very disapointed with him for this inaction.
